Ïîäïèñü:                     News of the center                                                                                                                                                                       BASIC ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE CENTER    Last years in the center encouraging results are received. They allow to revive confidence that in the near future effective methods of struggle against problem diseases will be already found, despite of unfavorable forecasts of leading world scientists. New results allow to confirm opinion of leading world researchers, that only through the new approach is possible to approach to the decision of problems in medicine.    Just, the new approach in researches and in an estimation of results of researches and the experiments existing in medicine, has allowed to look on other at the nature of many processes in an organism, on the fact sheet on many diseases, on those results of experiments which long time continued to remain in a rank not clear and inexplicable.   From the moment of the organization of the center carrying out the repeated researches, already received before results. Just earlier carried out researches have allowed to receive essentially new results which essentially differ from the conventional hypotheses, views and conclusions and which yielded encouraging results concerning many problems in medicine.   These new results in which appeared difficult at once to believe, and have forced to carry out once again additional researches and to check up correctness of conclusions. The data of significant number of existing results of laboratory and clinical experiments  concerning problem diseases, the conclusion and conclusions of many scientists have been again analyzed. The basic material which is saved up for last centuries in medicine undertook for a basis. Apparently, the period of unfavourable forecasts and doubts concerning many diseases comes to an end.   For today in the center the following results are received: – the basic mistake in a direction of the standard techniques of researches in scientific and clinical medicine is determined; – essentially new approach in the scientific and clinical medicine is determined, allowing to take off many problem questions; – the new theoretical model of occurrence and development of diseases is developed; – the new model of occurrence and development of oncological diseases is developed; – the role of carcinogens in occurrence and development of oncological diseases is determined; – the nature of metastasis is opened;  – the nature of a "plastic" cancer is opened;  – the new sight at cellular breath and the new general formula of breath are determined; – the basic tools under which influence the healthy cell is transformed in cancer cell are determined; – the proofs putting under doubt presence in an organism of anaerobic respiration are determined; – the object of destruction in the pathological center at treatment of oncological diseases is determined; – one of distinctive features of oncological diseases is determined; – recommendations to existing protocols the treatments allowing considerably to reduce occurrence of relapses are developed; – on the basis of a new hypothesis about occurrence and development of oncological disease the new method of treatment of resistant patients is developed; – the new method and the new scheme of laser therapeutic installation for treatment of patients are developed; – the new theoretical model of occurrence and development of a diabetes of the first and second types is developed; – the scheme of treatment of patients by diabetes is developed; – the role of fats at occurrence and development of a diabetes is determined; – the basic primary infringements which are starting in occurrence of a diabetes are determined; – the new theoretical model of occurrence and development of a tuberculosis is developed; – the role of mycobacterium in the nature and in the tubercular process, distinguished from standard is determined; – the nature of symbiosis mycobacterium in an organism is opened; – the role of fats in tubercular process is opened; – the role of fats is opened at treatment from a tuberculosis; – the nature of isolated tubercular formations is opened; – the nature of occurrence of a cancer is opened at a tuberculosis and on the contrary; – the reason of full defeat of mycobacterium in laboratory and occurrence of her "resistency" to many preparations is opened; – the new theoretical model of occurrence and development of AIDS is developed; – the nature of occurrence of a HIV is determined; – the new theoretical model of occurrence of virus diseases is developed; – the nature of a virus is determined; – the main positions on bases of the general pathological physiology are determined in view of the new approach in medicine; – new opportunities of application of a medical preparation Essentialå forte are determined; – the principal cause of growing losses in pharmacology on developed means is opened.    These are those basic fundamental achievements on which the certain results are achieved. Already today it is possible to confirm each of the listed results by demonstrative experiments. The basic approach to a technique of carrying out of these experiments is worked.   Organizational activity of the center which is not completed yet and absence of necessary financing of works, till now have not allowed to carry out repeated researches of already received results sufficiently. In the greater degree as a result of repeated researches it was possible to confirm the results received earlier in oncology and in phthisiology. Concerning results on a diabetes, AIDS, virology and the general pathological physiology similar work of repeated researches is necessary.   Results of repeated researches in oncology and phthisiology have allowed not only to be convinced of a consistency in the past of the received conclusions and hypotheses, but also to be determined with a methodology and the scheme of carrying out of public additional demonstrative experiments. These experiments allow to open as the new approach in medicine, so and to show new mechanisms of occurrence and development of a cancer and a tuberculosis. They allow to explain those processes which arise at these diseases and to explain the nature of existing inconsistent results in relation to the standard theories and views.   Certainly, results of these researches yet do not give the ample grounds to assert, that was possible to approach to the decision of problems of a cancer and a tuberculosis thoroughly. The future experiments can confirm it only. But, for example in oncology, reception of repeated encouraging results already today allow to draw a conclusion that the nature of carcinogenesis opens the sides. In treatment of diseases there is a new approach which assumes something other, than liquidation of cancer cells (last already for a long time is recognized as the extremely recrudescent and inefficient). There is a hope to find an effective way of treatment of a cancer and a tuberculosis.   Certainly, these researches according to the recognized standards, for the present do not allow to be considered sufficient. Therefore also it is planned in the nearest years - two to carry out a line of additional demonstrative laboratory and clinical experiments to field of carcinogenesis, with the purpose of confirmation of new conclusions on etiopathogenesis and to treatment of resistant oncological patients. Works is planned to carry out in Ukraine, also are negotiated for carrying out of similar researches in Germany.   Proceeding from real development of the center and presence of financing for works, from all possible research works it is planned to carry out only the following demonstrative experiments: – modeling of oncological disease on animals with real supervision of the mechanism of occurrence and development of oncological diseases; – treatment of resistant oncological patients; – creation by laboratory way of object which is necessary for destroying at treatment of oncological patients; – modeling of tubercular process on the animals, essentially distinguished from standard; – creation of the new environment for cultivation of mycobacterium and their cultivation on new technology; – Treatment of resistant tubercular patients.   Basing on the achieved results in the center and on that situation which has developed in a medical science (which just more and more and more, received by results other researchers, in addition confirms a solvency of new views), with all confidence it is possible to tell, that the nearest years the victory over such problem diseases as a cancer and a tuberculosis is possible. Losses of pharmaceutics increasing with every day also demand new approaches in development of new preparations. Today there is a situation, that all three whales of medicine are already interested in the decision of problems in medicine: a science, pharmaceutics and clinic.   We are ready to consider offers from profile experts on carrying out of teamwork on any of the specified directions by our methodology. It has allowed to consolidate directions and to carry out the further works in the united research center. Experience which has been accumulated up during 90th years, has substantially expanded opportunities in the decision of tasks which face to the center.    Necessity of perfection existing and search of new organizational forms of research work, increases of her productivity in conditions of a crisis situation in a science remains a priority.
